I need to rant about girls who ‘play’ video games.
I grew up with a gameboy pocket, N64 and an older brother. I’ve played video games my whole life. I like to play them because they’re a challenge, immersive, and like books, create something you’d never experience in the ‘real world.’ I have a lot of close friends who play them and it’s fun to sit around and game and all you’re worried about is not getting your brains eaten, or your k:d, or getting the highest score. I’ve had xbox live since around 5th or 6th grade and it’s just something I’ve always enjoyed. But I really hate the girls who flaunt the fact that they play CoD or Halo. Lets get serious, you’ve never played a minute of that campaign. Girls play online with guys for like 5 minutes and suddenly they ‘LOVEEEE!1!’ CoD. Or they play a round of zombies and feel the need to post about it on facebook. Girls do that because they think it’s a turn on. Guess what? It’s a turn off when you actually suck camel dick at CoD when you talked your-self up so much, or when you don’t know how to turn your guns flash-light on and off when you act like you game all day long. I hate when girls do that because it makes actual population of girl gamers who play for enjoyment, not to get guys to think they’re hot, look bad. K sorry it had to be done.
